What we collect

Only what you give us through the contact form or by WhatsApp: name, email, phone, country of residence, destination of interest, number of people, preferred dates and whatever message you write.

We collect no sensitive data. We buy no lists. We use your data for nothing beyond what is written here.

What we use it for

To reply to you, prepare your travel proposal and, if you go ahead, arrange the booking. If you agree to receive news, also to tell you about new routes — and you can stop that whenever you want.

On what legal basis

To answer your enquiry, the basis is steps taken at your request prior to a contract. For marketing emails, it is your consent.

For how long

Enquiries that did not lead to a trip: 2 years. Completed bookings: the period required by tax and tourism law.

Who we share it with

The suppliers needed for your trip: hotels, lodges, transport operators, airlines and insurers. The email service we use to receive the forms. We never sell data to anyone.

Where it is held

The site is hosted by Vercel, with servers in the European Union and the United States. Emails are handled by Resend. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, object to processing or receive it as a file. Write to [email] and we will reply within one month.

If you are in the European Union and feel we did not handle this properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date below changes. Last updated: 08/2026.
