What we sell
We sell package travel: transport, accommodation and other tourist services combined at a single price. We are responsible for the performance of every service in the programme, including those provided by third parties.
Booking and payment
A request made through the site is not a booking. It is a request for a proposal. The booking exists only when we send written confirmation and receive the deposit.
Deposit: [70]% on booking. Balance: up to [30] days before departure.
Prices are shown in euros. Amounts shown in other currencies are converted at the official exchange rate and are indicative.
What is included
Whatever is listed on each trip page under "What's included". Anything not listed is not included.
Changes and cancellation by you
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation charges are:
more than [60] days before departure: [loss of deposit];
between [60] and [30] days: [50]% of the total;
fewer than [30] days: [100]% of the total.
If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination or point of departure and significantly affect the trip, you may cancel at no charge and receive a full refund.
Changes and cancellation by us
If we have to change the trip significantly, we will tell you and you may accept the change or cancel with a full refund.
Each route has a minimum number of participants. If it is not reached we cancel at least [21] days before departure and return everything you paid.
Refunds are made within [14] days.
