South Coast
From the Barra to Benguela
Six days down the coast: Cabo Ledo, Porto Amboim, Sumbe and Benguela, with the sea always on your right.
It is the finest road in the country and almost nobody drives it slowly. It starts at the mouth of the Kwanza, stops for two days in Cabo Ledo between surf and cliff, drops to Porto Amboim and Sumbe by way of the Binga falls, and ends in Benguela and Baía Azul. We sleep by the sea every night. We fly back to Luanda so as not to repeat the road.
